  • Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturer’s defects (in material or workmanship).
  • Our warranty does not cover scratches on lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the lenses.
  • Prescription and custom warranty are applicable to FRAMES ONLY, however, complete product (frame with lenses) must be returned. Please email Rx@eagleeyesRx.com for any prescription-related warranty questions.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from EagleEyes.com, you may return it with a valid proof of purchase for a complete refund (less Shipping & Handing) within 30 days of receipt of goods. Clyde Warranty Protection Plan

What is Clyde Product Protection Plan?
We've partnered with Clyde to allow you to purchase protection plans for your products directly from our site. Clyde handles claims covered by your protection plan.

What happens when I purchase Clyde?
When you purchase Clyde protection plan with us you’ll check out exactly how you normally would. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us for your purchase, as well as an email from Clyde with information about your protection plan including Terms and Conditions.

Exchanges

In order to exchange your Eagle Eyes® product, the purchased product must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging, and include all accessories (case, pouch, cleaning kits if applicable) within 30 days of receipt of goods. NOTE: Prescription and Custom Lens Eyewear are NOT eligible for exchange.

To start the exchange online process, please fill out the form below. Then, place your new order for the desired replacement product. Return credits will be processed within 30 days of receipt and examination of the goods.

  • Standard Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam.
  • Most orders take about 24-48 hours to process. Depending on order volume and inventory, orders will take about 1-4 days to ship. Orders placed after 3pm PST will be processed the following business day. Standard shipping applies after orders have been shipped.

Eagle Eyes® ships to 29 international countries for a flat rate of $24.95**. If you do not see a country on the drop-down shipping address, it means we are still looking for a more cost-effective way to reach you.

International Shipping Notes

  • We currently do NOT ship Prescription or Custom Lens orders internationally.
  • Duties and taxes are not included in the product’s price and is the responsibility of the customer. Payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs upon arrival. If the recipient refuses the package at destination, all shipping costs incurred from shipping will be deducted from return.
  • All international orders are subject to duties and taxes paid by the recipient.

Route Package Protection

What is Route Package Protection?
Route is a package insurance program that we are very pleased to offer to Eagle Eyes customers! In the event of missing, stolen, or lost packages from our shipping carriers, Route provides protection for as little as $0.98. If you have additional questions, we are always happy to answer via Live Chat or email us at customercare@eagleeyes.com.

Is Route necessary?
If you have experienced stolen or missing packages in the past, live in a large city, or simply want extra peace of mind while shopping online, we recommend Route Shipping Protection for all packages as a safeguard. For a small fee, Route can is available in the checkout process, and will enable us to easily resend or refund a package if it is stolen, lost, or damaged during transit. You can find the details of the policy here. By opting out of Route, you are opting out of these services and coverage against such issues.
We cannot assist you with your lost or stolen package if you have opted out of Route.

Returns

  • If you purchase any Eagle Eyes® product from an Authorized Dealer, you must contact the dealer for any returns or exchanges.

  • Prescription and Custom Lens Eyewear returns are accepted if initiated within 14 days of delivery date and will be refunded at 50% of purchase price in store credit only. Store credit will be in form of an electronic gift card. Customers are responsible for return postage fees. Product must be returned within 30 days of the return initiation date (return must be initiated within 14 days). Please email Rx@eagleeyesRx.com for any prescription-related return questions.
  • If you received your Eagle Eyes® product as a gift from EagleEyes.com, it may be sent back for exchange only. Please email customercare@eagleeyes.com for instructions.
  • All closeout sales are final and not eligible for return. Limited warranty applicable.
