Terms – Standard

Payments by credit card or wire transfer. For first order- wire transfer only.
Domestic order with U.S. bank – first order $500 MOQ.
Established vendors with credit history can use a credit card.
International order – first order to be paid using a wire transfer.
Accounts will be set up after approval of credit application and all agreements are signed by both parties (Account and SunTiger, inc. dba Eagle Eyes Optics).

Minimum Order / Re-Orders

Domestic order– first order $500 minimum.
All reorders must be a minimum of 12 SKUs.

Wholesale Discount

Standard wholesale discount to be determined and agreed upon in writing.
Volume discounts may be available. Ask your Eagle Eyes sales representative for details.

Late Payments:

A finance charge of 2% per month will be applied to all past due invoices.
SunTiger, Inc. reserves the right to hold all shipments on past due accounts.

Warranty Update

SunTiger, Inc. accepts returns and responsibilities for any product shown to have a manufacturing defect or damage during the shipping process. Credit will be issued on all approved and authorized returns.

Advertising

Approved advertising copy and images can be supplied and approved by SunTiger, Inc. prior to publication and must fall within all criteria set forth by SunTiger, Inc. All materials herein are the sole ownership of SunTiger Inc. and are not to be duplicated or distributed without permission by the company.
