Our 12-month warranty covers manufacturer’s defects (in material or workmanship). This warranty does not cover: scratches on lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the lenses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from EagleEyes.com, you may return it with a valid proof of purchase for a complete refund (less S&H) within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please note that without a valid proof of purchase, your return may not be accepted.
