Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from EagleEyes.com, you may return it with a valid proof of purchase for a complete refund (less S&H), or exchange, within 30 days of receipt.

 

To return your Eagle Eyes® product for return or exchange:

  1. Mail with paid postage to:

    Van Nuys, CA 91406-1619
    ATTN: Return & Exchange 

  2. Include the following information with your package:
    • Full Name
    • Complete Address
    • Contact number
    • Email Address
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Packing slip
    • Complete product in its original packaging

Please note that without a valid proof of purchase, your return may not be accepted. 

If you received your Eagle Eyes® product as a gift from EagleEyes.com, it may be sent back for exchange only.

 

Warranty

If you purchase any Eagle Eyes product from an Authorized Dealer, you must contact the dealer for any returns or exchanges.

Our 30-day Warranty covers manufacturer’s defects or damage due to shipping for 30 days after receipt of goods. Upon return of the damaged product, EEO will gladly replace product with an identical style or style of equal value. This warranty does not apply to any defect or damage caused by improper use of our product. 

To return your damaged or defective Eagle Eyes® product for return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service at 800.675.8424 to request for an RMA#. Our agents will then email or mail you a return label. Once you receive a return label, include the following information with your package:
